Lena Community Park District's Freedom of Information Act office is Rhonda Schoeny. The Lena Community Park District does not have a separate department of staffing for compliance to the Freedom of Information Act.

 

Requests for information under the Illinois Freedom of Information Act should be submitted in writing to the Lena Community Park District, Attention: Lena Community Park District's Freedom of Information Act Office. Forms are available but not required.

 

Request may be denied if they are deemed unduly burdensome and that denial complies with gridlines of the Freedom of Information Act.

 

Request may be denied or information may be withheld or redacted under the Freedom of Information Act if such actions comply with the Freedom of Information Act guide lines.
